Estate Planning is an essential area of the law that benefits both my clients and their families. Tax savings can be enormous with a well drafted trust. But just as importantly, wills and trusts let clients decide what happens to their Estate, leaving no confusion about their wishes and lifting a great burden from their family and loved ones. Included in estate planning packages are powers of attorney for finances and health care directives.
